Is this already gone? Does the manifold eliminate the secondaries completely or will I need to have them blocked off to run this manifold?

Second pic shows that the sub-manifold is still intact, so you would have to modify your sub-manifold to eliminate the power valves. Why you would want to eliminate them is a whole different question though...

Set up is Sold and yes the secondaries were completely eliminated.
