Can anyone recommend piping to replace the stock intake pipe on a redtop? I bought a maf adapter and filter but I need a pipe to go from the maf to the turbo.

I haven't seen an aftermarket replacement for that pipe. Most people get custom bent tubing to go there.

I got mines from a guy that bought his from Piping pro. http://www.pipingpro.com/shop/

although, from what I heard, their customer service sucks really bad.

but as far as quality, its great. You can opt to not have the recirculation bung if you don't want, and it comes with all the necessary gaskets. plus it looks way better than the rubber accordion hose

Apexi makes that pipe..You just have to buy the right coupler to make it fit the stock maf,Because its made for the z32 maf...Just get a 3.5 to 2.5 coupler...Fits just like stock and has all the right ports for the valve cover and recirc valve. Its makes your turbo and recirc bov loud as hell..I can hear spool up at 2000rpm loud..

Buy 2 pieces. Mock it up and cut it. Drill and tap in a bunged fitting for the Crankcase and take it to a shop to be welded.
