Intake Manifold Torque Specs

I wonder if anyone has a service manual they can look this up for me. I changed the spark plugs but now have a vacuum leak. I tightened the four bolts mounting to the engine and the car ran much better, but a few days later the check engine light came on and came up with a vacuum leak. The stock manifold is plastic and I feel like I've already tightened it up pretty hard. I'm scared to crack the plastic.
