Intake manifold

So i am working on my ka24e-t build. Shooting for 350whp nothing special, but i am building with room for more in the future, Completely replacing all internals and adding turbo. My question is at what point should i consider taking off the stock intake manifold and replacing it?

My plan was to port and polish it to begin with.

*edit* I have already searched around for some time to this answer. Just cant seem to come across a straight answer. If i can go without replacing it initially it would be a help to my budget but regardless in the future i will be replacing it for the increased flow/hp goals.

i think around 450 is where you start to see restriction from the factory intake, im sure you could improve your numbers by changing it at a lower level, but i think thats where it starts to hurt you.

Alright good so it can be an investment if im able to increase my budget but for now it should work fine.

I changed mine at well above 400hp...xcessive manifold...although now there is a supercharger sitting there so we will see how that goes

Yeah my plan was to get the xcessive manifold and get them to do the runner work for me as well. my plan is only 350 whp but i want room for more cause i know once im there ill want more.
