intake manifold removal

ive been trying to remove the intake manifold but i cant i have removed all the bold but it looks like its glued on... idk maybe im missing some bolt... any help will be apreciated... sorry im a noob

umm.... How about we start off with more information on your car dude? S13 or S14? KA24E or KA24DE or SR20 etc?

i know what your talking about of its the ka24de block...

under the manifold is (2) support brackets that mount from the bottom of the block to the lower part of the manifold...they are a pita to get too..but good news...you dont really need to put em back on..one is close to the oil filter area..and the other is next to the motor mount..you will have to feel around for em or remove all the crap around the many to see em...they are 12mm bro...hope this pointed ya in the rite direction.

I would put the brackets back on like I did after I had my mani off. I don't want any leaks developing later. Even though it's all aluminum, the manifold and collector is a lot of metal to be out ther swingin' in the wind without support.(no offense Cool, just opinion) I wish I cudv been frustrated enuf to leave those supports off myself! Have a good selection of tools on hand and you can do it.

thanks everybody it ws very usefull info and my bad it was a s14 with ka24de...
