Intake manifold removal

I just got my 240 three days ago and the only thing it needs is an intake manifold gasket and i took the top half off and all the top bolts out of the bottom half and the two on the bottom but it still wont come off any help would be great.

the gasket kind of holds it together, you may need to use a plastic paint scraper (so you won't scratch the soft aluminum) and break the seal between the two. you can also use metal if you are careful, but you do run the risk of damaging the manifold.

IF your 100% sure all bolts and nuts are off--give it a little tap with a rubber mallet.
