intake manifold removal SEARCHED!! NEED LINKS!!

Well i got a motor from a yard and threw it in but was in such a damn hurry i didnt even notice that there was no butterfly actuator or scv system hooked up... the motor idles badly like its missing and doesnt run perfect at light throttle (vac) where the butterflies would normally be partially closed.. I really dont want to have to rip off the entire head but know that its a huge pain to take just the upper manifold off.. I have been searching for days on a really good how to remove the intake manifold without removing the head... if anyone has some links or advice i would greatly appreciate it. thank you all

does it have the butterflies in the manifold itself? if not then that would be a s14 intake manifold, and if it is you need to route the vac lines on the back of the head to bypass the silenoid your missing.
