Intake Manifold Rebuild (KA24E) - Gaskets

I got my intake manifold torn apart because I'm about to turbo my SOHC.

I'm going to use the oem gasket with permatex copper spray on both sides to mount the lower manifold to the block.

Two questions. For the upper to lower intake manifold seal, can I use gasket sealer or do I have to use the oem gasket?

Same question for the IACV and the throttle body? OEM gaskets or is it ok to use gasket sealer?

I'm going silicone all the way around for the vacuum hoses, so I just wanna make sure the manifold will be flowing properly. It had a crazy vacuum leak from the gasket blowing on the upper manifold as it stands in NA mode (highway run to PA from minnesota and back) so I'm just making sure it'll be good for the boost.

Any other suggestions to sure up the manifold for the turbo are welcome. I can't find an aftermarket manifold except gato and I'm not spending 800$ on an intake manifold.
