Intake manifold PCV lines

I have a air leak on the PCV rubber lines under my intake manifold.I will be replacing all lines over there and I will like to know the sizes, at least for the PCV lines.

Well thanks for all the viewsthe sizes are 5/16 for the manifold to the small tube and 3/8 formthe small tube to the PCV valve.
