i have a greddy style intake on my car and im trying to figure out hoses. i have pictures but still have questions

and i did search but nothing

its an rb25 into an s13

this red hose conects right to the fire wall correct, the upper fitting in the firewall?

wheres this blue one go and where does it come from. to me it looks like it comes from the thing that attaches to where you put the oil filter on(i dont know the name of it)i put i blue square around it. if so what one do i connect it to, the higher or lower fitting?

and the hose circled on the left, i dont have to tie that in anywheres right, i can just go straight to the little nipple beside the thermostat housing?

in this pic, the hose with the red arrows comes from your intercooler piping, before the throttle body and connects to the iac thingy right?

then the hose with green arrows goes from the fitting beside where the red arrow hose goes in and connect underneath the intake manifold right?

and the hose with the blue on it, the comes from the beside the fitting that you connect the hose from the fitting circled in pic 1

where does this blue hose go to? does it also go to the thing by the oil filter? (sorry for my lack of part names)

any help is greatly appreciated, im sorry if this has been answered before i couldnt find anything when i searched its just this will bring me so much closer to finally starting my rb

To install a Greddy style manifold, none of those hoses in the last pic need to be modified at all. You just need to cap the short hose near the front of the red hose.

Its cool to see someone used those pictures in the first post i made a long time ago lol.

Red tube goes to top on the heater core fitting, blue one goes to the bottom, and if i remember right it come from the oil cooler, i dont have that though anymore since im using a greddy one.

What did you guys do with the red tube, just kinda rest in between the filter housing and the manifold, or did you find another place to bolt it to? Seems to just get in the way when I put mine on.

The Idle Air Control Valve?

They guy I got my Greddy Intake from apperently blocked it off, but I didn't know if you can run without it. I think unless you have stand alone you would need it. Thats my guess anyway.

If you run without the IAC valve on the intake, I am pretty sure that you have to use the Q45 throttle body to control idle. Which means you basically prop the throttle plate open with the set screw to allow a minimum amount of air into the manifold under idle conditions.

And bad news gomer, I can't make the Ice Cream Cruise...It is one of my close friends' bachelor party that day. SUCKS!! I don't care what is going on next year, I'm there.
