Search the internet. I'm sure you can find something.

It's a cast part, so you can't just buy the flange unless someone has already hacked it off a manifold.

you could make your own. just trace it onto a thick piece of metal then cut it out

If your planning to make a custom manifold you should just make your own flange.

Use a gasket as a general starter guide, get the pattern mocked up and drill 2 holes (one on each side works). After that, make sure it slides over the studs. Take an extra stud or a chopped off bolt and grind one end to a tip (make sure its as centered as possible, pseudo-punch). Thread this stud with a tip into another one of the stud locations. Drop the flange over the other 2 original studs and then tap the flange with a hammer, over the pointed stud. Drill this hole out and put a stud in and make sure your flange slides over all 3 correctly. Repeat the process with the pointed stud untill all are drilled and your flange will fit perfectly.

I suggest you cut out your port locations roughly before doing this, and then when all done you can port to match. Depending on how your are going to attach your runners, the shape that you cut your ports will vary. If you plan to just butt weld the runners on one side you can shape the ports exactly, but if you plan to have the runners slide through the flange welded on both sides, your ports will be larger to fit the runner.

On the ka24de, you will be doing some port shape redesign depending on where your injector locations are.

well devious since you are quite knowledgeable let me ask you. my plan is to make an itb manifold using twm throttle bodies, now i know the head and the intake manifold mate up with the injectors giving the opening a tear drop shape. should i keep the injectors placed they are or would making a top feed injector setup work?

The port shape will depend on where you want to mount your injectors, or should I say if you plan to run staged injection (twm's having their own injector mounting). You will definately benefit in the fuel efficiency department by having a set of primary injectors mounted in or near the factory location. Using staged injection you can setup so that only your primaries are used for low load/cruise/idle condition.

In that situation, I would suggest using the oem manifold as base. Retaining the original flange, injector mounting, and a few inches of the runner. The twm dcoe mounting pattern will line up well with the factory port spacing, and with ample center spacing for the linkage. Personally, I would mount the throttle bodies upside down, with proper angle, so that the secondary injectors are shooting in from the bottom more parallel with the port. You can potentially angle the throttles so that the injector shoots direct to center, much easier than if they were on top.

If you want to use only the twm injector location having the single set of primary injectors 4-6inches away from the port flange, you can go to a semi-oval port design. This will be much easier when manufacturing a manifold and fitting the runners. It is best not to complete redesign some one-off port shape for your head, the small cavity that was once tip of the tear drop will cause little negative side effect.
