Intake Manifold Collector hose hookup?

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a definite answer on this question.I hope someone can help.I've asked on other forums but I need to be 100% on this.

I have a 93 NXR sr20de.

OK so, I have 3 pairs of hoses connections,

First pair are the small coolant pipes that come off the main coolant pipes from the thermostat.

Second pair come from under the intake manifold collector where the Air regulator bolts to it.

and the third pair are the two pipes on the Throttle Body that point down.

I need to know the correct way to connect these up.

I have been told a number of different things so please post only if you have the right answer.
