Hey guys dumb question but I'm planning on installing my cold air intake tomorrow and I've heard a couple of different ways to install it. 1 being just hook it up and you're done and the other is that I need a tune for the intake to be installed. If you guys could please let me know which is the proper way to install it I'd greatly appreciate it.

You don't need an ECU tune for a simple intake install, the ECU should eventually learn and adjust to the new volume of airflow.

If you get some roughness during idle that you just don't want to deal with any longer just follow these procedures and it should smooth right out.
