Looking to see if anyone knows that parts number for these suckers or if they interchange with a usdm part number. I am looking for the larger donut looking insulator and also the smaller one where the actual tip of the injector fits into.

Thanks,

He's alive!!!!!!!!! Are you still getting an RB25 together this summer? I think cdorhout and I are planning on coming over for the Ice Cream Cruise.

Anyways, this appears to be the correct part number for the injector isolators. 16636-53J00 or the injector donut for the KA24DE. I couldn't tell if these were one in the same.

Holy Crap, another long lost member! I actually have my injectors with me, I can measure the 'grommet' if you would like, but I assume it is KA-DE as well.

Yeah it will be done this summer. I don't have much of a choice, which is fine since it is finally motivating my a** to get working on it again. I have actually got more done in the past few weeks then I have in the past few years. motor should be in the car within the month and then we have to choose which route to go with the mega squirt. My friend has three ways of hooking it up, just a matter of which works best. Hopefully everything works out for the both of us this summer that we are able to meet up finally at our ice cream cruise.

Alright guys, ended up ordering the larger top donut bushing and it is the correct one. I ordered the smaller o-ring/bushing that I thought it might be from the diagram, but it is the actual lower o-ring for the injectors. I need the actual bushing that sits at the lower point of the injector port for the intake manifold where the injectors seat. Like I said its not on the diagram and I can't seem to find it any where else.

Thanks.

I thought it was like the sr20 where the Oring sits in the fuel rail?

Is it an o-ring rubber or a hard black plastic part?AFAIK, there's only the small o-ring and the large insulator actually sitting in the port.

For the larger ones I made some out of fuel line... a little hokey but they all sealed. You need to find a ID size line just smaller than your injector tip then the OD size a touch larger than your manifolds hole.

Whatever you do make sure you use fuel line, standard rubber bushings break down with fuel on them...
