I can only find injen intake for my 89, is there anyway a 91-92 can fit, or if i leave the stock intake tube and add a K&N cone filter at the end, will it be the same as cold air intake

I think that the intake systems are different on the sohcs and the dohcs because of the way the intake manifold is positioned, and they have different MAFS's

i only got the cone, because the stock tubing isnt very restrictive in the first place. you can either get the injen you mentioned, the KN filtercharger, or the JWT popcharger.

No, cold air intakes are different.

None of those intakes mentioned are cold air intakes. Just short ram intakes. To get the cold air you have to extend it. Injen sells the cold air extension that goes on to the Injen short Ram intake. But it's pricey. They have em' here. http://www.modacar.com/product...AAII/There's also forums about making your own. Just search. Also, the 91-94 is a different intake I think because of the angle of the intake tube below the fuel injection.

Theres *TONS* of intakes on Ebay for 89-90 240s. Also the ones where you can get the adapter to plug on the end so you can fit a cone filter as what I have on mine.
