I suggest Hotchkis for sway bars. I'll defer the exhaust question to those who have owned that year of G.

For the older sedans, use of the OEM mid pipe from a coupe will give you some HP and much better sound! As always, CAT-Back systems will give you the most HP, but they can be expensive and/or sound loud.

For the intake, I'd recommend R2C and a 5/16 plenum spacer.

R2C hands down.

You could also go with the Tanabe Exhaust it is Y pipe back exhaust with great sound.

Or as Joe mentioned, the coupe midpipe with your OEM muffler and a HR-Y pipe is a nice inexpensive upgrade.

Not a fan of K&N because the oil can cause problems with the MAF sensor...dry-type filters are much better.

Just want to state that an exhaust system is NOT the largest source of more power, a proper intake is. The $/hp gain from an aftermarket exhaust system is actually about the worst of any mod you can do. Put an exhaust on your car for the sound not for performance and you'll be much happier with the money you spent.
