intake/exhaust question

I have a 06 mt coupe...looking at getting an intake and exhaust. Some of my ideas are; 5/16 iso thermal plenum, JWT pop charger, chrome Z tube, stillen exhaust and stillen headers. If you have any suggestions on anything better please let me know...pro's and con's to anything i've listed. Want nice sound and good hp increase.
