I have a 06 mt coupe...looking at getting an intake and exhaust. Some of my ideas are; 5/16 iso thermal plenum, JWT pop charger, chrome Z tube, stillen exhaust and stillen headers. If you have any suggestions on anything better please let me know...pro's and con's to anything i've listed. Want nice sound and good hp increase.

Welcome to NICO!

Everything on your list looks good, except for the headers. Not worth the money IMO, unless you plan on adding boost later. The sound from the popcharger is great...and I've only heard good things about the stillen cat-back. (get the dual) Don't have mine yet...soon though

If you wanted to save some cash, you could get the regular Z-tube.

What do you guy think about geting the grounding kit and the engine damper for the G....

Can't you get headers and hi-flow cats along with the Stillen Exhaust: I believe you gain serious HP with that set-up

Just remember that the VQ35 is tuned very close to max performance for the G35. Intake and exhaust upgrades will help, but there isn't much "free" HP available. To make serious gains 30-50%, you need boost.

I’m thinking about getting test pipes instead of high flow cats…what do you guys think?

If you don't have to worry about emissions then you're fine.
