Intake and Exhaust suggestions plz

Hey i have a 2006 nissan altima...nothing done to it as of yet...im living in new york so theres no way i want to be a cop magnet...but whats legal as in the case of intakes and exhaust... i dont necessarly want it to be loud because i do drive fast....if it sounds like and infinity fx 45 or fx 35 i dont mind thats sounds more like a prr then recking sounds....so what do you guys suggest thats kind of quite but..noticable from the inside ...i dont neccesarliy need pplz hearing me accelerate from a block away....

i was planing to go with K&N intake with Nismo exhaust...would it to be loud? would adding a intake and exhaust be too loud...should i just go with only exhaust?

i need experts sugguestions thankx ahead
