Ok so I'm sure people have talked about this but I'm trying to find out about my specific situation. I have a 1991 240sx completely stock and was wondering if adding a cat back exhaust and cold air intake will actually raise my mpg, and if so what can I realisticly expect? Is it even worth it? Also not that it's my main concern but will I notice a power difference at all? Thank you guys for your input...

You will gain some mpgs depending on the condition of your motor auto/manual but not enough to make a diff. You wont notice the hp difference unless you boost it or do something significant like boost or cams.

Watch out what air filter you put on there. Some air filters are known to actually hurt MPG's. Check around and see who has what.
