intake adapter for q45 maf

I have a q45 mafs for my SR20det. (red)I want to get an intake system for it, but im unsure of what i should get because of the size diffrence.anywhere i can get just the adapter for the mafs?everything is already wired up so i just need to get the adapter and pipes.Thanks for your help.

Don't know what year of Q45 MAP you have but eBay intake adapter for 95-99 Sentra's fit my Y33's MAF perfectly. So my guess is all aftermarket intake adapters for Nissan might have the same size. Check the link.
