Assuming I get at least $2500 for the damage to my car, what shold i buy. BTW the integra has a carbon fiber hood, jdm one piece headlights, Acura 2.3cl or tl rims on 205 tires. The owner has a built motor on the side but the car is LS as of now. Full leather interior.

Many people have been asking me on other threads about my car and its current state, so instead of thread jacking.....

As of now last week the insurance guy came to look at the car, deemed it totaled. So they'd be giving me the market value of my car which is $2900 (kelly blue book) They said theyll be gettin back to me by this Wed. They have not decided if they are paying for the damage or not.

As far as parting out my car, I dont have a garage to keep the car in or i would def kept it as a parts car. So i dont belive Ill be parting it out. If anything ill give it to one of my friends after i get the parts i need or donate it to my school or sell it to a junkyard or anyone who wants to buy it.

I voted vert since its still a 240 and you could get it pretty quickly, otherwise if you CAN wait go for the zenki

it would be awesome to get a clean shell for a few hundred and use the rest to sr it but out of ur options s14 would be best

when i go turbo itll be ka-t. I was kinda leaning to the vert side because i just bought jdm corners and drl's. In order to get a zenki itd have to be out of town, ppl over here think they are ferrai's.

hmmm good point about the lights. just get another chuki if u can find one. or get a pignose, slap on ur chuki bumper (if its still good) run the sohc for a while (fun if in good shape) and build ur dohc (once again only if still good) for boost

damn, thats the best idea i've heard yet

If you're gonna build engine for boost, it doesn't have to be good. Assuming no rods outta the block.

Zenki FTW!

I wouldnt take my mothers hardworked money or mine to buy a civic and then beat the crap out of it. I treat cars like people. Plus buying a civic is taking a step backwards.

92 integra seems like a step backwards too

i voted supra, if its in good shape. saving for a 14 is probably the best idea though IMO

^^^ I'm with this dude. The supra and zenki are the only ones I would be interested in, on that list

Yeah, Supra or another 240sx. I have owned both and they are fun. Plus they are RWD. You will have more fun.

Or do what I did...keep this coupe as parts for another coupe.

once again i dont have space to store the coupe. The integra is sexy. It has a carbon fiber hood, full leather interior, and a built motor the owner was going to put in but didnt. It would only be a step back if it was stock . The supra my teacher told me would need body work but the car runs. I was sitting in his today the car dosent appeal to me interior wise. Nor does the condition that his is in .

New addition though, i can get a 1992 galant vr-4 for 1500 in my area. What you guys think? If i get it my coupe will def be for sale as is at around 6 to 800 bucks.

Those VR4s are neat, but its a sedan =( thats like 2 extra steps backwards for each door. but its AWD so thats a plus. i looked at getting one but the guy wanted like 4 grand uhhh no.

I voted vert. The Vr4 would be cool but remember Nissan > Mitsubishi in terms of reliability, imo.

Are you really gonna leave the decision of what car to buy up to some poll on some forums? YOU have to drive the car, YOU need to make the decision on which to buy. Are you really going to value the opinions of everyone else in the end? I'd hope not. I'm sure you are going to ultimately make the decision on your own based on what YOU want?

Smh, i just wanna know other peoples suggestions, of course im not gonna use the poll as my final decision. Also any info anyone can provide along with the poll would help also. I was just on the galantvr4.org site (man that thing sucks compared to nico) The car has its issues like every other car but not enough for me not to consider it.

Also this thread was an update on my car because alot of people were asking me about it, the poll is just an addition.

**To add, as of today everyone that was involved in the accident is fine and i should be hearing from insurance by wed.** 9/23 i belive is todays date.
