If you don't mind me asking How much do you pay per month on your pathfinder? Coverage? Age group?

2001.0 LE
I'm 16
Full coverage
Collision Deductible $500
Comprehensive Deductible $200
Rental Reimbursement< Dropping
State Farm

Four wrecks one my fault (brakes failed) Week after purchasing  $4500 damage to the rear of a prius and $40 to get my bumper buffed

Apparently my premium went from $170 to $300! The only thing that caused the jump was the Prius incident. Went down as I got some safe driver discounts and safe car and good student. But still very high.
Before I drove a 89 Maxima which i had comprehensive 500 deductible for $60 monthly.

Im on my parents - Allstate, comprehensive, $500 deductible, i pay my dad $100 a month, which amounts to 1.2k a year, basically what im doing is paying him the extra difference it costs to have me added.

On a side note, i f*** up real bad beginning of july - lets just keep it at involved an off duty cop, and then about 5 citations, and like 5 cops rolling up. No damage to the pathy or anything but yeah..... .

Now its like im the most wanted in this damn township, i got hassled 2 weeks ago apparently for not using a turn signal which i did, and it was on of the 5 cops that was there previously, then he said he smelled "pot" from my car, i just gave him the, "yeah i know your trying to f me over, but no" face and then he was like go on your way.

Which is why from the other thread where i said it was in the garage for 2 weeks, well thats cause if you ever played Need For Speed Most Wanted or any of the games with cops, the pathys heat level is like topped out at 5. LOL - was debating to throw on my stock wheels, amber corners, remove a few stickers and stuff to make it less obvious its mine.

Same here being on my parents. No clue what company...something canadian I suppose. I pay my dad $70 a month.

I havent quite effed up bad at all yet...I know it's coming though. To get a level 5 in NFS you gotta do some crazy ish...I'll let my imagination make the image of what you did.

Basically i was clean for the longest time, never even got pulled over by a cop for anything, then like 2 months after i turned 18, i got a speeding ticket, then s*** just came crashing down hard.

And i'll add a little more - close to when i got my license, some ***hole called in my plate for something that probably seemed ridiculous - i didnt hit him or anything, but it was cause of a deer. Long story, but i got that cleared up, but it cost me a few hundred which really pissed me off.

Fast forward to the latest thing i said up there, i saw this ***hole reverse out of the intersection to come follow me, and im like no way is anyone calling it in this time - yeah my luck ended up being an offduty in personal vehicle from MY township too.

Involves about 5 miles of WOT - backroads - highway, 1 parking lot cut through, and yeaaaah. I would do it all over again, just that i would require a turbo r50, or the next car i want to get a 2003 c32 AMG. R50 just sucks on the straightaways.

Other car 09 Bmw 335i coupe - i thought he was going to wipe it out in tight corners a few times when i looked in the rearview.

Edit: Now that i think of it - it would have looked like something straight from COPS, except the "offduty" was more prone to wiping out and driving erratically then me, when in those shows its usually the opposite of the person is high on drugs or something and plowing thru s***.

Dude, That would be possibly the biggest adrenalin rush ever. I'd be freaking the eff out. What's the top speed you hit?

Yeah, which is why i think i did it to be honest, i still had the rush till like 8pm that night, just thinking of it gets it going too LOL.

80 in a 35 on a windy backroad - though its ones that i use alot so i know them real well, and ive tested them hard before, but this time i was going even a little over then when i personally tryed them. ( this will get you queesy, no guardrail, right hand side is all trees and 2 feet of ground&grass before slope down of 10 foot, or more, but youll get caught up on tree trunks before anything )

60 on a exit onto the freeway where reccomended speed sign was 25. Hmm, i know around 107, but stupid limiter and fuel cutoff.

The whole reason i got f'ed is cause this thing needs more straightaway speed, between tight curves. Corners on the other hand is where i gained aton, and kept the plate far away enough to not be able to read it.

Edit: For other people who read this - no im not an idiot, you can see my reasoning for the thing because i got f'ed for something i didn't do before. And was trying to prevent it from happening again. But thats just my luck lol.

I want to :nutkick the Designer who did the pathfinders bumper structure... THERE ISNT ONE! so all that happened was I bumped it at 2-4 mph and instead of bumper to bumper, it was bumper to entire back of Prius. There are two box type structure to punch a hole in the bumper cover where the bumper should be. Its like the designer was working on it and forgot to put the bumper in :picard: . The damage was minimal but two gashes in cover. Didn't file a claim but luckily that was fixed by a Hummer that I didnt feel like stopping for :rotfl

You should be happy that you don't live where I do (Vancouver BC Canada)

There is only one Insurance company for collision (ICBC) , so we're kinda stuck.

I'm 19, with no tickets, and no accidents my fault. I pay 135 for collision. When I had comprehensive through ICBC, I was paying a total of 275 a month.

And remember that's no accidents, no tickets...

Just be thankful you don't live here.

Ha ha,

Its all city and suburban areas out here, there aren't any animals to hit. You have to drive in the mountains to find any wildlife.

The reason why its so high is because the only option is government run, so it's extremely inefficient and expensive
