I Replaced My Instrument Panel Cluster Bulbs And They Still Don't Work I Even Went As Far As Buying A New Instrument Panel Cluster But That Didn't Work Either Any Tips On How To Make It Work Or Any Idea On What's Wrong With It I Would Appreciate Any Help I Can Get Thanks In Advance

Have you checked the panel light control. It might be bad.

The big knob with a picture of the light bulb on it to the left side of your steering wheel, just above the gauge cluster. If I remember correctly the wire from the knob crosses over to the control on the other side somehow, but if you have to pull the cluster trim, it'll be obvious where the wire goes.
