I was redoing wiring to an aftermarket SONY stereo and had the console kit out. Not sure what the connection is, but afterward I had no lights in the instrument cluster. Gauges and warning lights all work, but the cluster is dark. What do you think I did to cause that?

Blown fuse?
Missing ground?
Broken wire?
Harness connector?
Dimmer control?
Clusterfvck?

Try the rheostat(sp) switch. The one that dims and brightens the dash.

Where is that switch located? I did this same thing yesterday. I had the radio out removing a Bluetooth handsfree module someone else put in
and now when I hit a bump in the road the cluster in the center flickers dim and the exclamation point warning light comes on briefly with a beep.
