instrument control panel lighting

I have a 92 nissan 240sx and my problem is with the instrument control panel (ac, heat, etc.)..it works but doesn't light up at night....is there a fuse that needs to be replaced or a bad ground somewhere or should I try and find another control panel at a junk yard? Tell me where to look and how to fix this problem please

I had the same problem. Under the drivers kick panel is a little white box. It controls the lighting. Expensive from Nissan but I got mine from a yard for $5.00. Swap it out and hopefully that will take care of yours as well.
