instrument cluster lights

:ylsuper The car is an 89 240 coupe and I have a digital speedo and the lights and the speedo with the h.u.d. quit working. I took out the cluster and took the printed circuit board off of the back of the cluster and tested it with a multimeter and a continuity tester and found out that one of the diodes went bad(little black thing with a grey collar). I'm pretty sure this is the problem. because the other diodes tested fine and one did not. I do understand that diodes will only flow power one way so I tested the other two that were exactly the same. I then tested them all the same way.

I'm going to buy a new printed circuit board from nissan for 62.00 and hopefully that will work, I'll keep you posted.
