Instrument cluster hood

Dependent on temperature I get this creaking sound coming from the hood cover over the cluster. I know these are prone to separating which mine is a little. With that said, has anyone just replaced that particular part before or is it attached to the whole trim piece? Thank you.

It looks like the gauge cluster trim is one piece and can be just unscrewed after popping off some other bits.

So I took the car to the dealer and I told him I narrowed it down to where the cowl meets the windscreen. The car needs a new Brake Booster so he will fix it then.

Cool. He can probably just put some of that factory fuzzed/ foamed tape in between the surfaces.
