Instrument cluster and radio not working..

Could this possible be a relay? I checked all the fuses. I can't even see the speedometer or anything when driving at night. Please help me out! This is my only car.

wich fuses did you check? the ones under the hood or the ones in the drivers side kickpanel. My guess would be a fuse behind the kick panel. I have had my cd player loose power to a bad fuse in there. Another culprit could be a gremlin in your dash wiring. check the harness coming from the ecu up to the dash plug. if anythings exposed, fix it.
