Instructions for opening the map light & dome light covers on a 2003 FX35

I'm trying to find instructions on how to open the map light and dome light covers so I can replace the burned out bulbs. All my searches have been of no help. I don't want to break the plastic lenses trying to figure it out.

Can anyone tell me where to find instructions or provide directions here?

Here's the Factory Service Manual (FSM). It's in there somewhere. On the Q45 the lenses pop out with a very small screwdriver. Look for a small notch on one side of the lens.

If you use a pocket screwdriver or the smallest one you have access to you will be able to pry the cover off. Be careful the plastic piece is pretty fragile, I have broken one or two by accident.

It is a good idea to check the fitment of the bulb sometimes the contacts can stretch and the bulb may still be good it's just not completing the circuit. I would test it just to be 100% sure.
