I need to replace the ignition switch in my 96 i30. I have the part but would like to know if anyone as step by step instructions or a picture of how best to replace this switch. Thanks.

Starting at page 8, you can find some good diagrams in the FSM here. Doesn't mention the ignition switch specifically but it gives a good idea of disassembly.

Thanks. I was able to use the diagram to give me an idea of what it looked like in there. I was able to remove the panels and replace the switch. The car works great now. If any one else has this issue, it is easy to replace. I have never worked on a car before and I was able to do this. It is a $30 dollar fix for and annoying problem.
