Installng KA24E cam

I just recieved my HybridKA G4 cam and i'm going to try to install it tomorrow or thursday. I searched and found a removal guide but i still have a few questions.

Since the cam has different specs now, will i need to adjust any of the rockers or anything in the head?

Will I need to adjust the timing after installing the cam?

let me know how this goes... I'm looking to install a cam on my KA24E here soon. Did you have to mill your cam towers?

he should have done it 25thousanths IIRC, and consider getting solid lifter,or NEW oem hydraulics.
