I am installing White Gauges in my 91 240 sx. I havn't taken the time to study it too much. I have hoping to find something to help with how to get the old gauge cluster out. Let me know if anyone can help.

It's a rather involved process, but I did mine a few years ago the morning after prom, so if I can do it under those circumstances anyone can. I know theres a few good write-ups on it floating around, but I can't think of any or find them at the moment.

You first have to remove the plastic panel under the dash, then you need to remove the two large bolts holding the steering column up. This will let the steering column hang a bit so you can eventually get hte entire bezel with the gauges out.

I believe the next step is to remove the plastic shroud around the gauges which then allows you to get the screws holding the gauge cluster out.

Once the cluster is out, you can pull it apart and replace what is necessary. I know this is a brief explenation, but thats what I remember, I know theres a good write-up on a site that sells the gauges that I used though...

goodluck
