Installing White Face Gauges

Hi, I have a 1990 (S13) 240SX and am trying to install white face gauges that i bought off of ebay. They are the 7pc, 7color ones. I am having trouble taking off the gauge cluster. I can get to all the screws it just wont come out. Is there some special way you need to move it around to get it to come out???? Anybody know plase help.

Thanks man, my problem was i did take the screws out to move the steering colum down so i could get to the plugs. Thanks a lot.
