Installing Weather Stripping?

I'm replacing the weather stripping above the driver's side window in my 89 hatch, but i can't get the stuff to stay in!:mad: Anybody know how to install this stuff? I'm tempted to use double sided tape but after removing the stock stripping it doesn't look like any was used in the original assembly? Can anyone lend some experience?:)

put one section up then hold with masking tape, or put caulk, he he, in the channel and do the tape thing
