Hey guys, When I do my CA swap I plan to change the fuel pump to a Walbro 255lph one. Will the new pump make me run rich? or will I have to do anything to make it run smoothly? I am just curious cuz I want to change the pump while the engine is out but if its too early(i will be using stock injectors, etc, for a lil while)then I wont do it. Thanks!

nope, the stock fuel pump may actually cause you to run lean !!! good easy swap, and well worth it.

I can understand the engine being starved by the stock pump but would there be a need to run a FPR if I install the pump on a stock KA?

The KA is going slowly so I am getting closer to a SR or a CA. The guys from upstate are trying to talk me into a RB like they are doing.
