Installing tweeters in dash.

I have the non bose model and I am looking to install tweeters in the dash close to the windshield. My problem is I need the grill with the holes in it(cover). The non bose has not. Does the dealer have them or can I purchase after market.

Are you planning to put aftermarket tweeters or bose tweeters?

Aftermarket, Im just looking for grill covers that have little air vents in them so the speaker can be heard. The ones That came with the car look like they have vents but they are fake. basically they have no holes.

Hmmm...Why don't you install them in the panel above the door? But make sure you unplug the battery for a few minutes before installation because there's air bag under it. BTW. The grill i think you can find on ebay.

I tried looking around. Well they fit in the spot Im metioning, I already dry fitted them. The spot would also work because of the windshield angling towards me. Thanks though.

I had the closed dash grills and I purchased one from the dealer so I could hide my GPS antenna and still get a good signal. I believe it was around $15 (I just purchased the passenger side open grill)
