Installing the OEM DVD Player

Hey Guys first off I would like to say that I am honored to be part of this exclusive club
Now, my first post question. I have the [U01] TECHNOLOGY PKG but no DVD player. I would like to add the factory OEM one but unsure of the connections. I have come across one from a wrecked 2009 M35 (God rest her soul) with the plugs but don't know if it's a simple plug in to the main unit via designated slots or disconnecting something that may interfere with something else. Also I think my Nav screen would act as a monitor am I correct? Is there DIY thread or diagram out there?

I found the service manual for the center console for you

but to answer your question about plug and play, I am not really sure if it comes with the extra plugs or not. You may be lucky and score it with the plugs, but i can't tell you for sure.

I guess you would have to crack it open to be sure. Unless someone else has any ideas
