Installing speakers in Altima Coupe without Bose system

Sorry if there is a thread already, but I couldn't find what I needed. I am buying the Pioneer Premier AVIC-F90BT screen and I already have the Premier D Series speakers, but nothing is installed yet. I was wondering if anybody could list pictures of the speaker installs they have done. Specifically I was wondering what the front 6.5" in the door look like, because I notice they are a 'D' shape and I want to know if I can show the Premier grill. Also, for people with a screen where did you get your dash kit and how much?
