Installing secondary Catalytic converter

I am installing the catalytic converter pipe that connects from the exhaust manifold from under the engine. There are two studs that the pipe connects to. To remove the nuts I had to dremel them off. Doing this I damaged partly the studs. Does anyone know how I replace these studs?
I have a 2005 Altima 2.5L
