installing rear upper control arms

ok guys

i tried to search for some threads on anyone whose done it and i didnt come up with anything, so here i am now with my rear tire off and ready to put my kazama RUCA on. the only thing is, the bolts are on HARD, i wd40's them good and letting them soak right now, but anyone got any pointers to doing this if youve done it yourself?

same with the front tension rods, those are next.. and the nismo power brace. if i get around to them today

you dont have an impact??

i dont really know about the rucas, but the tension rods are pretty straight forward, i had to use an impact to loosen them up also.

got em all loose with a 3 foot breaker bar haha
