installing panasonic stereo and stuck

Hello. I have spliced the original harness to connect with the panasonic harness but can't get any power. I tried searching and used the FAQ, attempting to splice into both the green/red wire (mentioned in the FAQ) and 1 post on here mentioned the pink wire, but the unit is not turning on. any suggestions?

does the antennae need to be plugged in (i dont have it at this moment) if so, which wire is the correct power? green/red or pink?

you should purchase a test light...then you can check which wire is your 12v hot at all time source and check your 12v switched source by turning the key to the on position. I cant remember which colors were which off the top of my head otherwise id tell you.

The antenna has to be pluged in, its a ground
