Installing oem strut mounts on KW V3 S13

Hey everyone, quick quesion. Is anyone here running KW V3 coilovers on their S13?

I bought a set for mine, and as you might know they come without strut mounts since they are TÜV approved with OEM strut mounts.

I tried fitting the strut mounts on my rear coilovers without much luck, it seems like the rubber piece that goes between the strut mount and the spring does not fit, however when I went on google images to check I see people have it there, I measured it and it's not even close to fitting.

I'll post some pictures.

Are you set on running the OEM squishy bushings? The car would feel a lot better if you ordered up some top hats (they don't have to be KW) for the coilovers. Hopefully someone who runs these coilovers can chime in for your bushing question itself, but an option for you is to order some aftermarket top hats.
