installing new motor and transmission mount?

how is this done? do i just lossen and support, then remove?

i'm looking to get the nismo transmission mount.

simply loosen the 14mm nuts that hold the motor mounts in their place, and then either drop the Xmember or lift the motor and change the mounts. transmission mount is also a no brainer.

your on the right track.

ITS REALLY EASY JUST LIFT UP THE MOTOR AS MUCH AS U CAN WITH A CRAINE AND JUST UNBOLT IT I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE TRANSMISSION SINCE I NEVER TRIED BUT SHOULDNT BE HARD AT ALL

Simply lifting the motor up will lift the front end of the car. You have to remove the motor mounts nuts before lifting the engine up off the mounts.

Swapping the mounts is easier when the engine is out of the bay. Other wise you need: 1Remove nuts off of the top and bottom of the mounts. 2. Loosen and lower the crossmember from the frame 3. remove the mounts.
