I had to use two 1/2 inch spacers and upgrade to stainless lines(just the feed). To block off the stock water line I just cut the line off about 2 inches and then crimped and welded it, and then rebolted it to the block. The oil retrun I just bought new hose and used the stock fitting(turbo side) and it fit without too many problems, my only issue was clearing the steering arm with the downpipe(stock manifold).

you have a inside diameter on the stock oil line banjo fitting, or a link where i can buy it?

id rather plug the water lines than cut and braze the lines.

so looking for a size on that.

i dont want have this car sitting while i order something weird like bpt bolts.

i know the banjo bolt for the coolant into the turbo is m18 1.5 thread, just had mine off and checked. as for the one in the block, all i know is its a 14mm bolt head.

ok for the banjo bolt i need a M18 with a m12x1.5 thread. does one of those exist or do i have to make it? im guessing everyone running a holset has a new oil line.

waterlines to the block metric? worried it may be bpt since the oil sensor was bpt. as long as its metric im fine since there is a local auto parts sttore with a decent selection.

Go down to your local hardware store and get you a couple 8.8 bolts and couple dill bits, in case you break little bit off in bolt. Just checked the one I had on my car and it was 1.5" long also. Discarded that setup (-3 line and banjobolt) and went with -6oring boss fitting and -6 braided line and let the turbo be the restriction.

Also the oil bolt in the block is 1.25 pitch 12mm (weber carb bowl feed if looking for AN fitting)

im going to be running a 12mmx1.25 to -4an or -3an fitting for the oil feed

and im guessing the water return is the same thread, the banjo fitting looks like the same size. I was going to block it off with a bolt as well. Still need to figure out the water feed since im switching to a greddy IM and i havent really looked into it yet

and in case you're interested, for the oil return i got a 3/4npt to -10an fitting which replaces the stock barbed fitting so i can run a braided -10an return line. Yea it's not necessary but it looks great

Edited to be more correct/useful (thanks guys)

Oil feed at block M12X1.25Oil feed at turbo M12X1.5 (HX35)Water feed at block is M14X1.5Oil return at block 3/4 bspt

Raw Brokerage has the 3/4bsp to dash fitting if you want to run braided lines. Otherwise you just need a new piece of hose using the same oil return tube-thing from stock turbo.

For the feed line, I just bought -4 an line and two m12x.5 to -4an fittings from summit and the DIY hose ends, I didn't run a restictor at al and it's workig so far.

yup 1.25 for the oil feed banjo bolts

the stock oil feed hard line fit so well i cant see spending the extra money for an aftermarket one. just had to make a 12x 1.5 banjo bolt.

for the water line i ended up brazing them together instead of blocking off.

Take a good look at stock oil feed line. When you look in the one end it is restricted. Dont take my advice read the factory Holset manual on how to check oil flow volume. I run a -6 feed and still dont over volume turbo oil feed. Let the turbo be the restiction. I have new stock oil pump and 90 psi at idle. 20 people will tell you theirs lived forever with stock resticted line but I wouldn't take the chance. And your drain to pan has to be big enough that it doesn't back up.Just have to let car warm up cause anything over 75 psi isnt recommended ---- and wakotow was wack on his fitting sizes

Ya oops, I don't really have an excuse for the water size, I unsucessfuly copied that from another post. I thought when I went to summit the block fitting and turbo fitting were the same pitch, but it's very possible I did that in two different trips and didn't remember correctly, I didn't mean to blatenly post poor information, it has been corrected.
