Installing HIDs in the fog lights

I was hoping someone could tell me briefly what entails in installing the HIDs in the fog lights. I havent found an article or thread about it.

Does the bumper need to be taken off? I have the stock fogs in there right now if that means anything.

No, no, no. I'm so frustrated with so many people asking if they need to take the bumper off and lots of people answering with yes.

The lows are easy to install without taking off the bumper... the fogs are even easier.

Try to park your car on an incline so the nose is sticking in the air. If not, it's fine, still doable. You just get under the front of the car and remove about 3 screws on each side, and then about 6 or 7 'push plugs'. Not sure what the correct term is. You'll see it and know exactly what I'm talking about when you get under the car.

Once those are off the front of the splash guard just falls to the floor. Now stick your arm behind the bumper and you have full access to the fog lights.

excellent, yea I know that you don't have to take the bumper off to install the Lows, I just did that Wednesday but I was not sure about the fog lights.
