Hello again. I had the aluminum kick plates, rear bumper protector, and spoiler installed today. Boy what a rip off on the kick plates; but the spoiler looks great.

I received a set of fog lights today from Blinglights.com and, according to the ad, they are specific for the 2008 - 2009 Rogue. However, the instructions are generic and refer to measuring from the center, and so high off the ground, etc; nothing in reference to the Rogue. I'm going to install them tomorrow or Saturday and would like a little heads up from someone that's actually removed the dummy plate and mounted the lights in the hole. I'm not concerned about the wiring, just the mounting. Any help or links would be appreciated.

The factory fog lamp 'holes' have special mounts in the bumper that will only hold the OEM fog lights. Blinglights seems to indicate that some of thier products come with mounts. Otherwise you will have to fabricate a mount that will attach to the bumper fascia.

As for removal/access to the fog lamp, you will have to remove the splash shield in the wheel well:

Front fog lamp removal/installation: FSM section EXL - see page 123Fender splash shield removal: FSM section EXT - see page 22

Thank you both for the replies.

Kerrton, I've looked previously for a search button and hadn't found one. I have seen the 'Google' search block but only just now realized it has a NICO option. On other forums I've visited, the seach button is usually part of the forum menu. So, just letting you know I wasn't being lazy.

Phil, I'll plead ignorance again. I did check the repair manual, but could not understand the index abbreviations. Is there a separate page that explains the abreviations?

Yes, read the General Information or "GI' section. It explains how to read the manual, abbreviations, etc.

Thank you; things are finally coming together. Is it possible to download and save the Repair Manual to my pc? I've tried a couple of times, but do not have a 'save' button anywhere.

There is a link to all the documentation in the Official Rogue FAQ under the 'Facts' section. You can see all the files and right click to save them.
