It's kind of a tough job since you don't sound like someone who knows their way around.Install is going to be a fair bit for those items, I don't reccommend doing it yourself, unless you know how...

Most shops charge about $200 to put the Eibach springs and right after you put them on you will need an alignment and that is gonna cost you another $50. If you know anybody in a Technical College you can go there and they will do it for as little as $100 for the hole thing including the alignment. I don't think you should do it yourself.

its really easy to do yourselfundo the 3 bolts at the top of the strut in the engine bay, 2 bolts behind the brakes, kick at the bottom of the strut and it comes rihgt out with the springcompress spring using coil spring compressor (30-40$ at autoparts store, once u see what it looks like its very clear how to use it), unscrew the top bolt of the new strut, the top comes off put on the compressed spring, put the top back on, decompress spring, reassemble

Yeah, definately if you decide to do them yourself give yourself a whole day to do them. I thought mine would take me only about 3 hours, it ended up taking more like 5.

If you can live with wearing you tires for a few days, it's recommended that you let the springs settle before getting an alignment. You can sure get one right after you do the job, but more than likely you will need one again in a week.
