installing down pipes plz help!!!

hi am new to the forum and all ready am going to ask questions lol i am trying to install a down pipe i got with the car its a mugen i think and my prob is it dont come with the egr holes on the pipe do i need to plug them up to the pipe or can it run with out the egr being plugged up plz help

They're Megans

They don't have EGR holes, but they should have O2 sensor holes.

lol thanks but this pipes dont have any holes on them for any thing they are free flow or some thing like that

The guy who posted on eBay is an idiot. Those are testpipes, and there is no need to connect anything to them. The AIV's which connect to the main cats can be eliminated.

am sorry to ask another question but am new to the turbo thing so what do i do to the egr lines in the exhaust and o2 sensors

You don't need to touch your EGR to install these pipes. Nor do you need to touch your O2s, unless you actually got down pipes as well. Down pipes go from the turbo to those pipes.

Did you buy them already? I wouldn't, the guy doesn't even know if they're for NA or TT, as they contradict themselves throughout that post.

they came with the car and they do fit my question is can i just on bolt the two smaller aiv pipes and leave it like that or do i have to do some thing else cause the site u sent me didnt realy explain it to well i was just going to unplug and leave the aiv pipes hangign would the car still run?

it said the car would run normal if i unplug them i dont need to cap them or nothing all the aiv pipes do is let air out to cool of the cats right so can i just take them off and leave them hanging would it hurt any thing besides cheak engine light turning on
