Its just easier to rewire everything to your deck/amp which ever you are using did hundreds of bose systems in my days. any questions you can call 360-770-7774 Kevin

what i did was trim the wire at each door.

then i hook up a speaker(old one for testing) to each door. what i did was test speaker connection on the harness for the front door. then i just run 12g to the amp.

for the rear door. i did the same(hook up an old speaker for test) on each door.i took off the the internal amp in the rear left panel. i then match the color of the wire at rear door.

No need to run wire through the grommet in the door,

ganesh, you used the factory wiring if I'm understanding correctly?Sounds a bit easier. . the wiring is actually what keeps me away from it

Did you replace more than just the speakers? Take a look at the new thread I just started along the same lines.
